Such search
certificate shall refer to the dealing or encumbrance last noted on the
certificate of title for the purpose of showing the state of the Register at
the time of issuing the search certificate but not of informing the person
applying for the search certificate as to what is upon the certificate of
title; and such person shall be entitled to inspect the certificate of title
and shall be deemed to know all of which an inspection of the certificate of
title would have informed him.
