Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts It shall be lawful for
the Commissioner whenever any question shall arise with regard to the
performance of any duty or the exercise of any of the functions by this Act or
the Electronic Conveyancing Act 2014 conferred or imposed either on him or on
the Registrar to state a case for the opinion of the Supreme Court; and
thereupon it shall be lawful for the said court to give its judgment thereon;
and such judgment shall be binding upon the Commissioner and Registrar
respectively.
