not nor shall the Registrar or any person acting under the authority of either
of them or of the Minister for Lands be liable to any action suit or
proceeding for or in respect of any act or matter bona fide done or omitted to
be done in the exercise or supposed exercise of the powers of this Act or the
Strata Titles Act 1985 or the Community Titles Act 2018 or the
Electronic Conveyancing Act 2014 .
