Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) On any documents
being lodged with the Registrar for any of the purposes of this Act the
Registrar shall if required so to do give to the person lodging the same a
receipt in an approved form.
(2) Documents so
lodged shall be returned only to the person who lodged the same or to some
person claiming through or under him or authorised in writing by the person
entitled to receive the same.
