Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A memorial of any
transfer or lease creating an easement over or upon or affecting land under
the operation of this Act shall be entered in the Register on the grant or
existing certificate of title of the land, in addition to any other entry
which concerns the instrument and which is required by this Act.
