TRUSTEES OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA LIMITED (TRANSFER OF BUSINESS) ACT 2003 - SECT 15

15 .         Amendment of Trustee Companies Act 1987

                Schedule 1 to the Trustee Companies Act 1987 * is amended as follows:

            (a)         by deleting “LAMP Management Limited.” and “Trustees of Western Australia Limited.”;

            (b)         by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical position —

                “ Plan B Trustees Limited. ”.
