The CEO must give
written notice of a suspension order under section 106(1), 107 or 109(4) to
the driver stating the following —
(a) that
the passenger transport driver authorisation is suspended;
(b) the
day on which the period of suspension commences;
(c) the
grounds on which the order is made;
(d) if
the order is made under section 106(1), any remedial action that the driver is
required to take under section 106(2);
(e) if
the order is made under section 106(1)(a), (b) or (d), 107(b) or 109(4), that
the driver has a right to a review under Part 10.
