Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The CEO is authorised
for the purpose of producing a passenger transport driver authorisation or
other identification document for a person required under this Act to use any
photograph that was provided by the person —
(a)
under the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Act 2008 in connection with
the grant of a driver’s licence or learner’s permit to the person;
and
(b)
within 10 years before the grant of the authorisation to the person.
