Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The person to whom
an improvement notice is issued must comply with the notice within the period
stated in the notice or that time as extended under section 212.
Penalty for this subsection:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $5 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $25 000.
(2) A person must not
drive a vehicle for the purpose of transporting passengers for hire or reward
or allow a vehicle to be driven for that purpose if the driving of the vehicle
is prohibited under an improvement notice.
Penalty for this subsection:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $12 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $60 000.
