TRANSPORT (ROAD PASSENGER SERVICES) ACT 2018 - SECT 23

23 .         Safety duty offence: Category 3

                A person commits a Category 3 offence if —

            (a)         the person has a safety duty; and

            (b)         the person fails to comply with that safety duty.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for an individual, a fine of $50 000;

            (b)         for a body corporate, a fine of $500 000.
