Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may
grant an approval for the transfer of a regular passenger transport service
authorisation if the Minister is satisfied that the applicant —
(a) has
complied with the requirements of section 75(4)(a) to (c) and provided the
information required under section 75(5); and
(b)
complies with any prescribed criteria; and
(c) has
the capacity to provide the service; and
(d) has
paid the prescribed application fee under section 75(4)(d).
(2) The Minister must
not approve a transfer of a regular passenger transport service authorisation
if the application seeks a change to the route or routes or area or areas
authorised under the authorisation.
