Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Where the Synod
resolves as provided in section 25 the property to which the resolution refers
shall thereupon be subject to the trusts mentioned in the resolution freed and
discharged from the trusts to which it was subject prior to the passing of the
resolution.
(2) Where the Synod
resolves as provided in section 26 the Trust shall, in relation to the
property referred to in the resolution, have the powers and authorities and
may administer that property in the manner provided for in the resolution.
