VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2019 - SECT 12

12 .         Voluntary assisted dying not suicide

                For the purposes of the law of the State, a person who dies as the result of the administration of a prescribed substance in accordance with this Act does not die by suicide.
