Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) At a meeting of
the Board each member present has a deliberative vote unless section 141
prevents the member from voting.
(2) In the case of an
equality of votes, the member presiding has a casting vote in addition to a
deliberative vote.
(3) A question is
resolved by a majority of the votes cast.
