(1) The contact person
for a patient may refuse to continue to perform the role of contact person.
(2) If the contact
person for a patient refuses to continue to perform the role —
(a) the
person must inform the patient of the refusal; and
(b) the
person ceases to be the contact person for the patient on informing the
patient under paragraph (a); and
(c) the
patient must make another appointment under section 65(1).
