Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The CEO may, in
writing, authorise a registered health practitioner, or persons in a class of
registered health practitioners, to supply prescribed substances for the
purposes of this Part.
(2) A person who is
authorised under subsection (1) is an authorised supplier .
(3) The CEO may, in
writing, authorise a registered health practitioner, or persons in a class of
registered health practitioners, to dispose of prescribed substances for the
purposes of this Part.
(4) A person who is
authorised under subsection (3) is an authorised disposer .
(5) The CEO may, in
writing, revoke an authorisation given under subsection (1) or (3).
(6) The CEO must
publish an up-to-date list of authorised suppliers and authorised disposers on
the Department’s website.
