In any proceedings for
an offence against this Act proof on non-compliance, or failure to prove
compliance, on the part of any prosecution witness with any of the provisions
of this Part which ought to have been complied with by him, shall not entitle
the accused to be acquitted unless he shall show that the non-compliance has
in fact prejudiced him.
