Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts No act, matter or
thing done or omitted to be done in good faith by the Minister or by any
inspector or analyst in the execution or intended execution of this Act, or in
the exercise or performance or intended exercise or performance of any of his
powers, functions or duties under this Act, subjects that person to any
liability.
