Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The Governor may by
Order in Council declare that this Act, or any provision of this Act specified
in the Order, shall not apply to any veterinary chemical product or to any
animal feeding stuff, or to any stock, stock product or carcass, either
generally or when sold in any specified circumstances or quantities or part of
the State, or which is intended to be used solely for research purposes, and
may by subsequent Order in Council from time to time revoke or vary such Order
in Council.
