Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) There is
established a council called the Training Accreditation Council.
(2) The Council is to
consist of 7 members appointed by the Minister of whom one is to be appointed
by the Minister to be chairperson.
(3) The Minister must
not appoint a person as a member of the Council unless satisfied the person
has expertise, qualifications or experience relevant to the Council’s
functions.
