Valuer-General —
(a) is
requested under clause 1(5) of Schedule 6.1 to the Local Government Act 1995
to determine the value of land, he shall make the determination in accordance
with clause 1(6) of that Schedule; and
(b) is
requested under clause 2(5) of Schedule 6.1 to the Local Government Act 1995
to determine the value of land, he shall make the determination in accordance
with clause 2(6) of that Schedule.
