limits the extent to which the Authority may, under the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 and otherwise than as authorised by this
Act, provide goods and services derived from or related to the performance of
the Valuer-General’s functions under this Act (called valuation related
goods and services in this section).
(2) The exception in
section 13(2) does not apply to the provision by the Authority of valuation
related goods and services.
