Without derogating
from the provisions of section 31 of the Interpretation Act 1918 3 —
(a) a
notice or other document that the Valuer-General is required or authorised to
serve upon any person by or under this Act may be served on that person by
affixing it in some conspicuous place upon the land to which it relates; and
(b) any
notice or other document required or authorised to be served on the
Valuer-General by or under this Act may be served by being lodged at the
office of the Authority.
