Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) For the purposes
of this Act each of the enactments following is a relevant Act —
(a)
Metropolitan Arterial Drainage Act 1982 ;
(b)
Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act 1909 ;
(c)
Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914 ;
[(d), (e) deleted]
(f)
Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 .
(2) In a provision of
this Act that has effect by reference to a past event or status, a reference
to a relevant Act includes a reference to an Act referred to subsection (1) as
in force immediately before the commencement of the Water Services Legislation
Amendment and Repeal Act 2012 section 78.
