Act, the functions of the Waste Authority are those set out in Schedule 2.
(1A) A reference to
“this Act” in Schedule 2 does not include a reference to Part 5A.
(2) It is also a
function of the Waste Authority to do things that it determines to be
conducive or incidental to the performance of a function referred to in
subsection (1).
