(1) A business plan is
to set out —
(a) the
Waste Authority’s objectives and priorities for the next 5 financial
years; and
(b)
financial projections for that period; and
(c) the
Waste Authority’s budget for the next financial year; and
(da) the
services and facilities that are reasonably necessary to be provided or used
under section 16 for the next financial year in order to enable the Waste
Authority to perform its functions; and
(d) what
the Waste Authority intends to do over the next financial year; and
(e) the
Waste Authority’s policy for the application of moneys from the WARR
Account for the next financial year; and
(f) a
priority statement with respect to extended producer responsibility schemes in
accordance with section 47; and
(g) any
other matters that the Minister requires in writing.
(2) A business plan
must be consistent with the waste strategy.
(3) The Waste
Authority may seek the advice of such entities as the Waste Authority thinks
fit as to the development of policy for the application of money from the WARR
Account.
