Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may
appoint an eligible company to the office of Coordinator of the scheme.
(2) The Minister may
invite eligible companies to apply for appointment to the office of
Coordinator of the scheme, and may assess any applications received, in any
manner the Minister considers appropriate.
(3) The appointment of
an eligible company to the office of Coordinator of the scheme must be by
notice in writing given to the eligible company.
(4) The notice must
specify —
(a) the
day on which the eligible company is to commence occupying the office; and
(b)
whether the appointment is indefinite or for a period specified in the notice;
and
(c) any
other matter prescribed by the regulations.
