Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) In negotiating,
entering into, performing obligations under or enforcing a scheme agreement,
the Coordinator must not act unfairly, or unreasonably discriminate, against
or in favour of any person.
(2) The Coordinator
must not enter into an agreement that is, or contains a provision that is,
inconsistent with this Act.
