Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Coordinator
may amend a business plan during the period covered by the plan.
(2) The Coordinator
must give the amended business plan to the Minister within 10 business days
after making the amendment.
(3) The Minister may,
by written notice, approve the amended business plan.
(4) An amendment to a
business plan, other than a minor amendment that does not materially change
the plan, has no effect until the amended business plan has been approved by
the Minister.
