(1) The Minister may,
if the Minister considers it appropriate, do any one or more of the following
—
(a)
amend or revoke the conditions that apply to the appointment of the
Coordinator or attach new conditions to the appointment;
(b)
appoint an administrator to the Coordinator or remove an administrator that
has been appointed;
(c)
revoke the appointment of the Coordinator.
(2) Without limiting
the grounds on which the Minister may exercise a power under subsection (1),
the Minister may exercise the power if the Coordinator has contravened a
provision of this Part or a regulation made for the purposes of this Part.
(3) Regulations may
deal with any matter in relation to a power of the Minister under subsection
(1) and may (without limitation) deal with —
(a) the
grounds on which the Minister may exercise a power under subsection (1); and
(b) the
process that must be followed in relation to the Minister’s exercise of
a power under subsection (1).
(4) Nothing in this
Subdivision is intended to exclude or limit the operation of the
Corporations Act Chapter 5.
