WASTE AVOIDANCE AND RESOURCE RECOVERY ACT 2007 - SECT 77

77 .         Recovery of levy

                The following amounts may be recovered by the Minister in a court of competent jurisdiction as debts due to the Minister —

            (a)         a levy that is due and payable;

            (b)         an amount payable under section 76.
