Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts In this Act, unless
the contrary intention appears —
Chairman means the Chairman of the Commission;
Commission means the Western Australian Coastal
Shipping Commission established by this Act;
Commissioner includes an acting Commissioner;
State Shipping Service means the trading concern
carried on under and subject to the State Trading Concerns Act 1916 ; and
Vice-Chairman means the Vice-Chairman of the
Commission.
