Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person who,
immediately before transition day, was the executive director of the
Foundation under the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 section 69(1) must, on
and after transition day, be taken to be the CEO.
(2) The person holds
office for the period, beginning on transition day, that is equal to the
balance of the person’s term of office remaining under the
Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 immediately before transition day.
(3) Subsection (1)
does not apply to a person appointed to act as the executive director.
