applies if —
(a) the
Minister proposes to make, amend or revoke a determination under section 17;
and
(b) the
Minister is not the Minister responsible for the procurement agency for the
WAIPS supply to which the determination relates.
(2) The Minister must
consult with the Minister responsible for the procurement agency for the WAIPS
supply before making, amending or revoking the determination.
