WESTERN AUSTRALIAN JOBS ACT 2017 - SECT 9

9 .         WAIPS to be consistent with other requirements

                The WAIPS must be consistent with the following —

            (a)         the Procurement Act 2020 and procurement directions under that Act;

            (b)         any other written law that relates to the procurement of goods or services by agencies;

            (c)         section 92 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth.
