Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Authority is
to perform its functions under section 16(1)(d) in accordance with the plan
for the time being in force under this section.
(2) The plan in force
under Part IV of the Act repealed by section 50(1)(c) immediately before that
repeal is continued in force for the purposes of this section, subject to any
amendments approved under subsection (4).
(3) The Authority is
to —
(a) keep
the plan under review and if requested by the Minister is to review the plan
completely; and
(b)
submit any proposed amendment arising out of a review to the Minister for
approval.
(4) The Minister may
approve a proposed amendment or may approve it with such modifications as the
Minister thinks fit.
(5) A copy of the plan
for the time being in force is to be kept in the offices of the Authority and
is to be available for inspection by the public during office hours free of
charge.
