(1) A body called the
Western Australian Land Authority is established.
(2) The Authority is a
body corporate with perpetual succession.
(3) Proceedings may be
taken by or against the Authority in its corporate name.
(4) The Authority may
use and operate under one or more trading names approved by the Minister,
being —
(a) an
abbreviation or adaptation of the name conferred by subsection (1); or
(b) a
name other than that name.
