Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Trust may
establish such committees as it considers necessary to enable it to perform
its functions.
(2) At least one
member of each committee shall be a trustee.
(3) The Trust shall
nominate a member of a committee who is a trustee to be the chairman of the
committee.
(4) The procedure for
calling meetings of a committee shall, subject to the regulations, be as
determined by the Trust or, to the extent that any matter is not provided for
by the regulations or by a determination of the Trust, shall be as determined
by the committee.
