WESTERN AUSTRALIAN SPORTS CENTRE TRUST ACT 1986 - SECT 18B

18B .         Penalty for contravention of regulations

                Regulations may provide for any contravention of, or failure to comply with, any provision of the regulations to be an offence and may provide for the imposition of a penalty not exceeding $1 000 for any such offence.
