Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The committee may
maintain any building now standing and being upon the said land hereby vested
in the chairman or any part thereof and may also from time to time build or
erect upon the said land or any other land for the time being vested in the
chairman either in addition to or substitution for the buildings now standing
thereon all such other buildings as may in the opinion of the committee be
necessary or expedient for or in connection with the use of the said land as a
public racecourse.
