Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Any member officer or
servant of the committee and all persons called by him to his assistance may
seize and detain any person who shall have committed any offence against the
provisions of this Act and whose name and residence shall not be given to such
member officer or servant upon his requiring the same to be given and give
such offender in charge to a police officer who shall deal with the offender
according to law.
