Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The chairman may
demise and to farm let either from year to year or for any lesser term than a
year or for any particular race meeting or meetings any portion of the land
for the time being vested in the chairman or any building erected thereon or
all or any of the tolls and charges demandable under and by virtue of this Act
and the lessee his collectors servants and agents shall have the same powers
of demanding recovering and receiving the said tolls and charges as are hereby
given to the committee.
