shall in each and every year be balanced to and inclusive of 31 July in the
year preceding and forthwith on the books being so balanced an annual account
shall be made up which shall exhibit a true statement of the total receipts
and expenditure of the club during the year immediately preceding 31 July with
a statement of the balance of such account and such books and accounts shall
be examined and audited by the auditor so to be appointed as aforesaid and the
balance and account shall be certified by the chairman and by such auditor as
aforesaid.
