contained shall extend or be deemed taken or construed to extend to
incorporate the club or the members thereof or to relieve or discharge them or
any of them from any responsibility duties contracts or obligations whatsoever
which they would be subject or liable to either between the club and others or
between the individual members in the club or any of them if this Act had not
been passed.
