THE WESTERN AUSTRALIAN TURF CLUB ACT 1892 - SECT 6

6 .         Effect of judgment against chairman

        (1)         Every judgment and every decree or order which shall be at any time after the passing of this Act obtained against the chairman on behalf of the club shall and may take effect and be enforced and execution thereon be issued against the property and effects of the club save and except the land by this Act vested in the chairman and his successors in office and any land hereafter demised to the chairman under or by virtue of this Act.

        (2)         Subsection (1) does not limit the rights of any person to whom security has been given over —

            (a)         the land referred to in section 7; or

            (b)         land demised under section 8,

                if the Governor has under section 28(2) or the Western Australian Turf Club (Property) Act 1944 consented to the giving of the security.
