Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts It shall be lawful for
Her Majesty from time to time to demise to the chairman for any term of years
in trust for the club and for such chairman and his successors in office to
hold by such demise from Her Majesty for the purposes of this Act the said
land by the last preceding section vested in the chairman and his successors
in office and such other lands in Western Australia either contiguous thereto
or otherwise as the Governor in Council may think fit.
