Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts No proceeding or act
of the Board shall (if there is a quorum) be invalidated or illegal in
consequence only of there being a vacancy in the number of members at the time
of that proceeding or act, or in consequence of there being some defect in the
appointment of a person purporting to be a member.
