Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The board shall in
each year prepare, and submit to the Minister for his or her agreement, a
draft strategic development plan for the Corporation.
(2) The Minister may
from time to time, by written notice to the board —
(a) fix
a day in each year by which a draft strategic development plan is to be
submitted under subsection (1); or
(b)
cancel a notice given under paragraph (a).
(3) Each draft
strategic development plan is to be submitted not later than —
(a) the
day fixed under subsection (2); or
(b) if
there is for the time being no day so fixed — 2 months before the start
of the next financial year.
