Corporations Law is to be taken to have been complied with in respect of all
charges of which Westpac becomes the holder by virtue of this Act if there is
lodged with the Australian Securities Commission a certificate signed by the
Chief Executive Officer of Westpac stating that by virtue of this Act the
undertaking of Challenge has become vested in Westpac.
