Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The board of a
corporation, when it delivers to the Minister its annual report under the GTE
Act section 81, is also to deliver to the Minister a separate report on the
observance by members of staff of any code of conduct in force under
section 24.
(2) The board is to
give to the Public Sector Commissioner a copy of each report under subsection
(1).
